With projects tied directly to incoming order items, it eliminates the need for manual tracking and coordination.

By creating reusable templates with technician auto-assignment rules, you can save time and reduce the administrative overhead. The user can assign work to queues, such as proofreading, and let technicians within that team review their queues and select work based on priority. This gives you a complete and detailed view of the costs associated with each copy, allowing you to better manage your budget and identify areas for cost savings. With this feature, you have the ability to set budgets for each project and monitor expenses, giving you a better control over your resources and allowing you to make more informed decisions about future projects.  Customized and existing reports can then be used to aggregate cost data to identify trends and for external reporting purposes.
